Komparasi AHP dengan SAW dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Rumah sebagai Tempat Tinggal

Agen properti adalah seorang perantara dalam proses jual beli atau sewa properti. Bangunan rumah merupakan salah satu jenis properti yang banyak diminati. Seorang agen properti sering kali ingin mencocokan kriteria yang diberikan dengan daftar rumah yang dimiliki, untuk kemudian disarankan ke calon pembeli. Dari kasus ini, diputuskan untuk dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempermudah proses mengambil keputusan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Simple Additive Weighting. Kedua metode ini dipilih karena metode Analytical Hierarchy Process merupakan metode yang dapat menganalisis keputusan yang kompleks yang kemudian disusun dalam struktur hirarki, sementara metode Simple Additive Weighting merupakan metode yang dapat menganalisis permasalahan yang memiliki atribut cost yang di mana dalam penelitian ini terdapat bobot kriteria harga dengan nominal asli. Hasil dari perhitungan kedua metode ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan sampel data hasil rekomendasi narasumber untuk dilihat perhitungan dengan metode mana yang lebih tepat.
