Author Guidelines

  • The articles (papers) must be within the scope of business management, retail management, accounting, and hospitality management.
  • The articles must be original and have never been published or submitted to another journal. Articles ever presented in a forum, such as seminars, should be mentioned in the forum.
  • All submitted papers must be written in APA style, 6th Edition.
  • All articles (papers) are submitted through an online journal system (OJS). If you already have an account, you may log in first. If you don't, please REGISTER for the system.
  • The submitted manuscripts consist of at least two files: a Title and Abstract (including the author's name and affiliation), and a Main Article (anonymous).
  • Manuscript is written in Indonesian or English properly, 5000 - 6000 words (including references), one (1) column, 1 paragraph spacing, A4 paper (a margin of 3 cm on the Outside, top, bottom, and 4 cm on the Inside), font Titilium Web 12, with MS Word program.

 

Manuscripts written in terms and systematics are as follows:

  • Title: written and concise, a maximum of 14 words containing the keyword, and should reflect the substance of the architecture described in the article body.
  • The author's name is written under the title, without a title. The author can be an individual or a team, and all of the authors are listed.
  • Affiliation and address of the author: the author's written institutions of origin, and email address, which is located under the author's name.
  • Abstract: written in Indonesian and English, which consists of 150 to 200 words and is written in one paragraph that contains (1) the purpose, (2) methods, and (3) the results of the research.
  • Keywords: Filled words or terms that reflect the essence of the concept within the scope of the problem can consist of one or more words or terms. Keywords written under the abstract with a distance of one line and italicised.
  • Main Article (Anonymous): consists of (1) an introduction that includes a background, (2) a literature section that provides the theory to understand the problem or phenomena, (3) procedures/research methods, (4) the results of research and discussion, and (5) a conclusion. INTRODUCTION: background, issues; LITERATURE REVIEW: provides a theory and proposition building blocks; APPROACH / PROCEDURE / RESEARCH METHODS: unbiased approach/method/methods used; FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION: contains the results of research and discussion of these results; CONCLUSION: The study outlines conclusions in line with problems discussed.
  • Figures should be high-quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale, and 300 dpi for colour, at the correct size). Figures should be supplied in one of our preferred file formats: EPS, PS, JPEG, GIF, or Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX). To facilitate precise reproduction, all photographs and images must be sent in their original form and cite the sources.
  • Tables: should present new information rather than duplicating what is in the text. Readers should be able to interpret the table without needing to refer to the text. Please supply editable files.
  • Units: please use SI units (non-italicised).
  • Reference: cultivated from primary sources (journals/magazines, scientific or research reports) and current / latest (maximum 5 years). The bibliography lists only the sources referenced in the article body, with a minimum of 20 references. Otherwise, the name referenced in the body must exist in the reference. The reference is compiled using APA Style methods and requires the use of standard citation management applications, such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.
