Reviewer Selection Criteria

Minimum Requirements

The principle of reviewer recruitment requires candidates to have authored at least three scientific journal articles as either first author or co-author, published in both accredited national-scale and international-scale scientific journals.

Publication Record

Demonstrated expertise through publication in accredited national and international journals

Subject Matter Expertise

Specialized knowledge and experience in relevant fields of informatics and computer science

Academic Standing

Active involvement in academic research and scholarly activities in their field

REVIEW WORKFLOW

Step-by-Step Process

Initial Editorial Screening

Section editor reviews incoming papers for scope alignment. If manuscript doesn't match journal scope or formatting requirements, it will be returned with feedback for revision or rejection.

Style and Format Check

If manuscript meets scope requirements, it undergoes style verification. Papers not conforming to JII formatting guidelines are returned to authors for corrections.

Reviewer Assignment

Papers meeting all requirements are assigned to qualified reviewers. Section editor selects minimum of two reviewers using double-blind methodology.

Decision Resolution

If conflicting decisions arise between reviewers, additional reviewers are assigned to provide final recommendation on article acceptance or rejection.
