Abstract

The management of public sports facilities faces various challenges, including limited access to information, fragmented scheduling systems, and reservation processes that are still conducted manually. These conditions may hinder service accessibility for users and reduce the efficiency of facility management. This study aims to identify the requirements for digital services in public sports facility management and to design a digital service model capable of integrating facility information, scheduling, and reservation services within a structured system. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving field observations, interviews with facility managers and users, and system requirements analysis across several sports facilities in the Bintaro Jaya area. The collected data were analyzed to identify operational issues, user needs, and opportunities for integrating digital services. The findings reveal that users primarily require easier access to facility information, real-time schedule availability, and a more streamlined reservation process. Based on these findings, the study proposes a digital service model that integrates facility information, scheduling, and reservation services into a single platform. The results indicate that an integrated digital service approach has the potential to improve information accessibility, support more efficient service management, and serve as a conceptual reference for the development of public sports facility management systems in residential areas and similar public facilities.
