About the Journal
Jurnal Teknologi dan Desain (JTD) is a peer-reviewed journal published two (2) times a year in May and October. The journal is published by LPPM, Pradita University. Each publication contains articles comprising high-quality theoretical and empirical original research papers, review papers, and literature reviews that are closely related to the fields of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communication Visual, Urban Planning, and Interior Design. The theme of the paper is focused on new industrial applications and energy development that synergize with global, green, and sustainable technologies. The journal is registered in the CrossRef system with Digital Object Identifier (DOI). The journal has been indexed by Google Scholar.

Jurnal Teknologi dan Desain (JTD) Vol. 2 No. 1 Tahun 2026 presents a collection of articles that reflect the evolving role of design and technology in addressing contemporary urban and social challenges in a sustainable manner. This edition highlights diverse topics, ranging from the transformation of waste processing facility architecture as sustainable urban infrastructure and the development of child-friendly spaces within adaptive tourism villages to the optimization of physical settings that support social interaction in public spaces. Further discussions explore spatial configuration and visual openness in interior design through a space syntax approach, as well as digital transformation in the management of public sports facilities through integrated platforms. Importantly, this issue also addresses humanitarian concerns through the exploration of spatial programs in safe houses for women and children affected by violence. Overall, this edition emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach that integrates technology, user behavior, and social sensitivity in design practice.
